这组照片是首次过来时屋主留给我们的建筑形态。早春又恰逢阴雨,只顾看山听浪的我已全然忘记身边的残垣断壁。几番交谈后,屋主我便对目前的民宿业态有着一致默契的见解,不去触碰已知状态下的网红时尚。对于民宿这种需要长期经营和打磨的商业形态。“当下的时尚”–我的主观理解就是不具生命力的过时。

These pictures are the architectural forms given to us by the owner when we first came here. “凝神静思,意在笔前。”王右军习字如此,设计已然相同。两周的考察和探讨后,我们给出的设想是让客人在湖光山色的环境中怎么才能真正的进入“悠然自得”的放松状态。“私汤”和“茶道”的概念呼之欲出。意已出,可下笔。

90年代的传统农村砖混结构建筑,再加上设计前的建筑的主体已经整改过一次,所以结构改造难度非常之大。设计的前期平面布局必须另辟蹊径。

我曾无数次的在江南园林中漫游,在入口通幽踏入建筑屋檐下的高低落差处自然的想到“云步”的概念,作为数丈外后山余脉的延续,即解决了功能问题也赋予它自然的意向。

茶室的小门,像一个洞口,其讲究在于这个小门有个名字叫躏口。是客人专用的茶室出入口,在此必须弯腰屈膝进入。这是千利休的设计。至此平等与谦卑的洞口进入也意味着客人由纷扰的世俗社会 进入了乌托邦式的茶道境界。

The small door of the house looks like a hole in the mouth, The key is that the door called Linkou. It is the only entrance to the tea house for guests,you must stoop to enter here.This is Cheon Rikyu’s design. 汐留屋的“星空” 设计之外的意外,这座刚刚建好的登岛长桥恰恰支撑了主题文脉的延续和融合,它如果用艺术的形式表现,那么纯正东方和偏东的东方再到西方就有了实际的参照。所以多点文化自信,外国的月亮有可能是从中国转过去的。

“衡门之下,可以栖迟。泌之洋洋,可以乐饥。”是淡淡的、愀然的意境。意境之中,天地空阔,横斜的水影、稀疏的木叶,似乎能使人看见风——看,还是看,但仅仅是看还不够,还要脱离世俗的趣味,去到禅意之中。
