男主人是一个自由工作者，在家时间较长，酷爱收藏与书籍，带着一家三口，在成都寻了风景较好的房子，希望自然风光与空间惬意拥抱，从而让家人拥有闲适宁静的生活。

The owner is a big fan of collecting and books, and work from home, so he seek this house with magnificent views. It could meet the requirements from family members to enjoy natural scenery and a comfortable space.

原始结构 / original structure

1.原户型为4室2厅3卫，与甲方需求不匹配，需对原卧室数量及位置重新规划，卫生间也多了一间。

2.厨房局促使用不够舒适，且距餐厅较远便利度不高。

3.客厅餐厅楼梯三者关系比较局促，且客厅到楼梯区，客厅到阳台区均有大梁离地面约3米，使公区不够大气。

4.主卧、衣帽间及主卫位置的合理需重新做规划。

5.房子东西两侧环境都较好，公区没做充分利用且空气流通不够好。

5.The environment on both sides of the house is good, but the public area is not fully utilized and the air circulation is not good enough.

客厅户外没有建筑遮挡，有大片高尔夫区及公园区环境较好，且房子位于高楼层，阳台处有大面积落地玻璃窗视野极好，但客厅有大梁遮挡视野。

布局 / Layout

1.取消厨房旁卫生间，更改为厨房与吧台区，扩大厨房面积使洗切抄更为便利，吧台可解决甲方日常餐饮问题，同时厨房的光线及外部景观更为舒适。

2.根据甲方需求调整为2+1+1（2卧室+1多功能房+1书房）。扩大公区面积让客餐厅舒适度更高，空气流通及视野更好，餐厅同时也是日常家人轻办公看书娱乐空间。多功能房满足客人偶尔睡觉及平时小主人玩具娱乐，独立书房是男主人的收藏、娱乐、电影的小基地。

3.跃层空间定义为衣帽间、三分离的卫生间、睡觉区和梳妆台区且保留了良好的光线及通风。

吧台上方大梁用木皮饰面与墙板及隐形门形成一个体块，解决梁下低矮突兀的感受，围合成一种安静的治愈感。

吧台哑光不锈钢和水磨石台面搭配给空间了一份时尚与精致。

餐厅 / dining room

实木餐桌配合大面积书架、壁炉及木百叶窗帘围合的安静质感空间，更多的做为日常阅读、聊天、笔记本办公等休闲活动场所。也给空间带来了一份沉淀和安稳。

飘窗台面用微水泥处理让视觉上更加干净自然，也可作为坐凳半坐半躺此处，看书看景也是很是惬意，聚餐时也可作为餐椅使用。

多功能房 / Multifunction room

艺术玻璃推拉门，壁炉与吊柜组合的隔断，及旁边的大玻璃隔断三者形成的半开放式多功能房。日常作为席地而坐看书聊天、陪小朋友玩耍及堆放玩具的空间，来客后关上玻璃推拉门，拉下布帘，拿出放到柜子里的床垫，即变成了一个私密的卧室空间。

中间操作台既可以是做饭辅助台面，也可以是日常吃饭的餐桌及小饮两杯的吧台。
